Migration isn't a leap that happens overnight. You know in advance what happens at each step, and you can pause at any step. After going live, the same team stays by your side for a month.
Discovery call
A specialist from the migration team calls you. They listen to how you use your current setup and ask for a sample data file. By the end of this call, your migration plan and date will be finalized.
Test migration
Your data is first transferred to a COPY environment. Row counts, amounts, and date ranges are cross-checked against the source; any discrepancies are corrected. Nothing is written to your live system yet.
Review and training
You review the test environment — search for your own patient, check your own treatment plan. On the same day, live training is provided to your team, from your receptionist to your physicians.
Go-live
The final transfer is executed overnight while the clinic is closed. In the morning, your clinic opens with Dr2connect. The migration team stays on standby throughout launch day.

Yes. The Start plan is 0 ₺ for life and there is no extra charge for data migration. We match your files and transfer them ourselves. Upgrading to Prime and Signature plans is completely optional.
